So they tell me you can’t open your .ai files ? and even if you can open them you can’t save the new changes ? Well fret not young one… you need to change your default printer settings in Windows. It seems yours is set to a printer currently unavailable (a network printer perhaps) and Illustrator CS5.5 (or CS5) doesn’t like that the slightest. Come on, don’t be afraid, change it to something else and carry on.-
